Hi. I am Greg Burkett. I want to thank you for your taking the time to come to my site. You will find lots of

information here that will benefit most.


At my home gym, H and H, I do individualized personal health and body development. My goal is to do

whatever is necessary to help you achieve your goals. With your help, we can accomplish this.


If you are a member of a different gym thats ok. I can still design a personalized program for you based upon

our interview of your needs, ability, special circumstances, and time considerations, and existing equipment.

I will also hold you accountable by having  you stay in contact with me. You do not have to be a member of the

gym for my help.


I will also design a personal program for you allowing you to work at home.


I will also come to your home to work with you in my area.


I customize for all fitness levels, age, and body type.  I help clients define specific and realistic goals.

I then develop a program that includes and promotes fat loss, muscle toning, increased energy, increased

strength, and cardiovascular training.  I help you learn how to exercise to lose weight and adopt a healthy

life style.


There is not a one size fits all personal training program


Greg Burkett has been a fitness expert for 25 years.  
Greg is multi-certified from cardio thru kinesiology.
Greg is an expert in fat loss.
Greg sits on the Board of Governors for the Athletic Certification Training Commission.
Greg is a published author of many articles in the health and wellness industry.
Greg is the contributing Editor for the record newspapers www.therecordlive.com

I maintain a passion for fitness and wellbeing of others.  I fell in love with seeing individuals improve on a
daily basis as it does my heart good to know that I am doing something positive for so many individuals. I am

certified though ISSA as well as IFA.



I have trained using Joe Weider methodologies for body building, Dr. Fred Hatfield methodologies for power,

Frappier training for sports, Accelerated Sports Kinetics training, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation,

Geriatrics, Power Lifting, as well as Body Building.
