Each picture shows an exercise of free weight and equipment in the gym. Unless stated on the picture  
each one is the only correct form.  Some cases there may be as many as 4 or 5 pictures showing the
progression of the exercise.  While this doesn't show 100% of things can be done, these pictures show
some of  the most commonly used exercises.  You will see a lot of people using a different form on the
equipment.  Please note that improper form or equipment usage including free weights can lead to a
serious injury.  Improper equipment usage and improper exercise form can lead to a back, rotator cuff,
chest, arm and leg injury.
