Accelerated Sports Kinetics training, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation,
Geriatrics, Power Lifting, as well as Body Building.
His fitness philosophy is to correctly use the necessary 3 tiered program
for successful weight loss. This is the only way that fat can be taken off
and stay off. Proper exercise, increased thermogeneitics, proper nutrition.
